The Perfect Church

The Perfect Church

The first 5 to 7 minutes of this talk is missing. The talk begins by saying we (Harefield) are a good church, but we're not a "perfect" church. So what is a "perfect" church, in the context that the church is the bride of Christ. Read Ephesians 4. Focus on verse 13- "...become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ" In this verse the Greek word for mature means perfect- also used in Romans and James. The talk then joins as talking about what is the opposite of perfect/mature. Follow along on the powerpoint as it is referenced frequently in the talk. Our guest speaker is Louisa Evans.
Before joining the staff team at All Nations Christian College in 2013 Louisa worked for 7 years as the Elder/Administrator at City Temple International, a cross-cultural church in central London. Louisa has worked in Malaysia with International Students from over 30 countries during her role as a College Students’ Pastor with Full Gospel Tabernacle.
Louisa has also pastored a church plant with internationals, and was involved in migrant workers ministry.
