Doves in the Bible

Sunday, 23 July | 11:00 am

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Sunday, repeating until 30 July 2017

In the Bible doves are said to be the most important bird mentioned.

Two reasons are usually given for that.  One is the dove was the first bird, along with the raven, mentioned in the Bible, other than the general references to fowls in connection with the creation story.  The dove is also the sacrifice which the poor man could bring to Christ in Old Testament practices as a sacrifice for his sin.

In this series we look at the occurrences of Doves and see what there is to learn.

Sunday Mornings at Harefield

What better way to start the week, or end it, then by coming together

Sundays are an encouraging, challenging, uplifting and fun place to be, incorporating fellowship, worship, teaching and ministry.

On Sunday mornings everyone is involved in the first part of the meeting before the kids go to their groups.

Harefield Church has access and facilities for disabled people.  An induction loop is in use during Sunday services for those who need it.

If you are coming by car Harefield has parking facilities.  You can also park on the road around the church at any time of the day.
