Nicky Gumbel has written an accessible, relevant and inspiring commentary to accompany the readings for each day of the Bible in One Year.  Nicky has assembled his thoughts as he has read the daily passages from Psalms or Proverbs, the New Testament and the Old Testament and has looked to apply them to his own life.

Updated daily, this commentary is an effective tool to incorporate into your quiet time and read alongside the Bible to provide fresh understanding and to help you persevere in reading the Bible.

‘For android, I use YouVersion Bible.  It’s a free app with some downloadable versions.  There are loads of reading plans and it is easily bookmarked and shareable in lots of ways.  NIV is available for free download at the moment.  Some of the versions are audio enabled. Reminders can be set.  It gets my own personal seal of approval.’
